You may stop or correct a free enquiry without a fee. The website creates no new booking or collection. Stopping an enquiry does not cancel a prior contract or erase records subject to mandatory retention.
For any later separate contract, supplier and agency cancellation, amendment and refund terms must be disclosed before acceptance and payment. This policy sets no uniform deduction, fee or commercial deadline. Voluntary cancellation differs from agency breach or supplier or carrier cancellation; applicable statutory refund, alternative-service, compensation and timing rights remain intact. A voucher does not replace a refund due without a valid basis.
Follow up through the approved WhatsApp number with a transaction reference if available, without card or bank details. An acknowledgement does not itself cancel or refund a transaction. Rights in prior transactions, including the trial payment, are preserved. Publishing this policy performs no financial action.
