Retention and destruction

Retention and destruction
There is no single period for all data. Under the approved scope, an enquiry not resulting in a service is retained for 90 days after closure unless legal retention or a documented need applies. Expired enquiries are reviewed monthly without extending retention.
The approved procedure retains and retrieves customer-service correspondence for at least one year under applicable legal obligations. The absence of a sale does not automatically exclude an enquiry, and the minimum period does not justify indefinite retention. The starting point, purpose and any longer period are documented. No new cloud storage is created; the prohibitions on cloud conversation backups and CRM or email exports remain in force. Service-related call summaries are documented without claiming audio recording. Applicable statutory rights and duties concerning correspondence and calls remain preserved.
The processing-activities record remains during the activity and for five years afterwards. The approved minimal privacy-request tracking record period is one year after closure, subject to any longer statutory period. This period is not applied to all attachments; they are reviewed according to their purpose and applicable obligations.
Provider logs, backups, financial records and the trial payment are separate categories. No unsupported numeric period or immediate deletion from every backup is claimed. Rights, obligations and records relating to prior transactions are preserved. Necessity and legal duties are reviewed before destruction and restrictions documented. Data marked for destruction must not return to operational use on restoration. Send rights requests to support@7starsss.com; customer support handles them with management.
