Seven Stars Travel and Tourism Agency (7Stars) operates 7starsss.sa under tourism licence 73103834, Travel and Tourism Agency — Platform. Phase one is informational, with enquiries through WhatsApp +966501234818 only. Privacy requests and complaints go to support@7starsss.com. Email and quotation forms, website payments, direct bookings and memberships are disabled. Customer service is available 24/7; management supervises continuity of coverage when the responsible person is absent.
Enquiries and initial quotations are free and do not confirm a booking, availability or purchase. Any later contract requires a separate offer identifying the service, supplier, agency's role, inclusions, price, applicable taxes, validity and payment and cancellation terms, with documented acceptance and confirmation before collection. Additional charges require proper disclosure and acceptance.
Services remain within the licence scope. Illustrative images do not establish a partnership or confirmed availability. Do not send card details, identity documents or sensitive data in an initial enquiry. Content rights remain with their owners; mandatory customer rights are preserved. Applicable Saudi law governs within its scope. Arabic is the reference language and English carries equivalent rights. Effective on actual launch after approval.
